My fiance and I are trying to plan a beautiful wedding on a small budget. I know we can do it! Were both wanting a wedding that is unique and not so cookie cutter like. So were both trying to think outside the box when planning our wedding. What unique ideas are you doing at your wedding?

The total budget for our wedding is 17k.
10k of it is paying for the venue which includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and wedding cake. How much should I spend on the dress? I have seen people spend at davids bridal and other spend several thousand at stores like kleinfeld(say yes to the dress) Im a penny pinchers so I was thinking something around 0. What do you think?

I am interested in buying a designer wedding dress but i have a budget constrain. Please suggest a place wherein they have discounts on designer wedding dresses? Would also like to know where I can get bridesmaid dresses?

Where can I find a cheap wedding dress online. I am a size 18 and am only 5ft 3 so I need it quite short and cheap we only have a small budget. also does anyone know of an online wedding planner

Where should i take my wife for our honeymoon… I love her a LOT and i want her to remember this forever. It needs to be extra romantic b/c both of us are virgins *wink wink*. Any ideas?

I’ve been in a relationship with a girl for the past 7 years..We’ve lived together for the majority of that time. We were engaged for about 6 months back in 2002, but we decided that we were too young and to just continue dating and not be enaged yet. So, about a year ago, I mentioned that we’re not getting any younger and we should either talk about marriage or move on. A couple months later, she proposed to me. Now, 8 months later, we’re still enaged, but haven’t planned a single detail about the wedding. When I bring it up, or show her different wedding locations that I think would be nice, she says that she doesn’t like the places and that she’d rather plan the wedding. I told her that I’m ok with that, just as long as we stay somewhat within a budget (our families do not have the $$$ to help us out). So anyway, we’re 8 months into our second engagement and don’t have any wedding plans. I love this girl and have been with her for 7 years, but should I just move on already?
