And really, what all types of styles and stuff are there? I’m being vague so no one has to tell me. My nana wants to help my father’s woman out with picking out her dress as she hasn’t got one yet. (Personally I feel she’s becoming very pushy but sssh!)

We only have one formal dress shop nearby and his woman didn’t like any of the dresses there. So we are talking strictly online.

ITS BEEN REALLY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND THE CHEAPEST BUT A DECENT BRIDAL GOWN IN UK. BUT I SEEN FEW IN THE STATES,THE PROBLEM IS SENDING TO UK. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY SITES THAT YOU CAN BUY DRESSES OVER THE STATES AND SENT IT TO INTERNATIONALS?????

I am looking for a bridal gown. Foryoudresses.com said they could customise for me. I did ask for some pictures of their dresses. They are super! However, I am still worrying.
Has anyone dealt with them before? Some oppinions please!

I’m just looking for ideas on what I want my dress to look like, but I would prefer dresses under 0.

My wedding is in April 2011. I had a baby 3 months ago and my weight is still going down, I want to try on dresses but am worried that I will fall in love with one but wont be able to buy it, as I have no idea what my weight will be by then. I am also worried that by the time I get closer to the wedding day my dream dress wont be around anymore. How close to the wedding day did you have your dress? Thanks so much!

With planning a wedding and looking at dresses, I was wondering if a Bridal rental shop would be a good idea. I always hear people say that guys are lucky becuz they can rent a tux, but girls have to BUY their dresses.

How much would you be willing to rent a gown for?

Around here, just getting a wedding gown cleaned would cost around 0.00 Alterations might cost another 0. If that’s the case, a gown rental would have to cover that and THEN some, wouldn’t it? So that would defeat the purpose.

Bridesmiad dresses might be a bit better. I think they cost the same as any other dress for cleaning. Maybe –

I am not looking for one for myslef. I did get my gown for my wedding… it was just something that I was curious about. I just wondered how many women would actually rent it. The groom rents his tux, usually. Guys are soooo unsentimental! LOL

I’m pregnant right now and due July 1. I’m getting married Sept 25. I’m planning on looking for my wedding dress in August. I know dresses take awhile to come in so what are my options that close to the wedding.

I would like to have my wedding dress hand made. I don’t know where to look online for a seamstress, to find someone who can do this. Can anyone please give me some information on this as I want my bridal gown to look great and fit perfect. Thanks!

I am getting married in June and can’t find the wedding dress I want at an affordable price. I am a older bride so don’t want to look like mutton dressed as lamb. I live in west Yorkshire and would like to know if anyone could point me in the right direction, shops, boutiques or online shopping sites which carry bridal gowns where I could look.
