I am eighteen years old, and I have a love of photography. I also love weddings and therefore being a wedding photographer would be an ideal career for me. However, I do not know what is needed in order to accomplish this goal.

My wedding photographer has had a heart attack so i am frantically trying to find someone for my wedding on 7th August. With only less than a month i don’t have a great deal of time to research for best prices.
How much does the average wedding photographer cost for say the ceremony and evening event? Also i don’t suppose you can recommend anyone in the Surrey area could you?!!!

I’m looking at wedding photographer costs and many charge according to how much time they will be there for. How long do people recommend and how much should that cost? I don’t need the getting ready pics, its a catholic wedding (mass), and we have the reception venue for 5 hours and I haven’t figured out how much time to put between the ceremony and reception (advice on this would be appreciated as well). Any thoughts on how long?

My fiance and I disagree on this. He thinks the wedding photographer SHOULD be able to use his flash during the wedding ceremony while I think it is tacky and rude. We dont have much time to recreate the ceremony after its over b/c we have very limited time at reception (morning wedding/ afternoon lunch @ Maggianos.. have to be out by 4pm sharp) What is proper etiquette?

I am an American children’s and wedding photographer. I would love to shoot a wedding (actually many weddings!) in Ireland, but I am not sure how to go about advertising. Any suggestions?

i want to be a wedding photographer but i was wondering do u need go to college for it? is it 100 % necessary?

Is there any way to hire a wedding photographer and just pay for the electronic prints and print them ourselves own cost? I just don’t see the point in having them print a 0 album that I could do myself for much cheaper. How much on average is a good photographer?

I have no idea what a Wedding Photographer costs or how to hire one. Not sure how many pictures to purchase or questions I should ask. Should I ask the photography company to give references? Can anyone give me a rough estimate? I live in Oklahoma if that helps.
